OUR MISSION AND VALUES

We work with management teams on high impact topics. We start with understanding of the current environment, and then move from discussion to decision and actions.

Decisions based on human understanding

An effective strategy begins with understanding people and organizations. We design solutions that are realistic and support how teams operate.

Experience that translates into action

Before founding Symmetria, we led teams as senior managers (Country Heads and CFOs) in international companies and PE portfolio companies. Our experience is based on pragmatic approach, and deeply rooted in organizational reality.

Decision and implementation, not just recommendation

We don't just leave the board with a presentation to implement. We stay until the end of the project, from decision to tangible results in the organization.

The pace we maintain

Definition of strategy is only the beginning. We ensure full & pragmatic governance to ensure execution.

Our joy and inspiration

Accelerating Performance

"Accelerating Performance" is a book about how companies can truly accelerate their growth. Colin Price shows that it's not just about strategy on paper, but about how an organization operates day-to-day and how it engages people. It's an easy read, yet it offers plenty of practical inspiration that you can apply to your work. If you want to see how to connect strategy with organizational culture and leadership, this is definitely worth reading.

Leading AI-Driven Organizations

At the end of 2024, I participated in the MIT Executive Education – Leading AI-Driven Organizations program, which opened up a completely new perspective on artificial intelligence. This experience showed me that AI is not just a technological tool, but above all, a catalyst for change in organizational culture and decision-making. At MIT, I learned that true potential lies in combining the power of machines with human creativity and curiosity.

Okładka książki „Death by Meeting” Patricka Lencioni – przywództwo i zarządzanie spotkaniami.

Death by Meeting

"Death by Meeting" is a book about why corporate meetings are so often boring and ineffective—and how to change that. Lencioni shows that the problem isn't the meeting itself, but the way it's run. He proposes a simple structure that can make meetings more engaging, shorter, and above all, useful. If you feel like your company spends hours chatting without results, this book will show you how to turn meetings into a tool for decision-making and team building.
