General Terms and Conditions of Training Services

1. These General Terms and Conditions of Training Services apply to services provided by Symmetria Partners Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków (hereinafter: Symmetria Academy, Organiser). These terms are addressed to entities that are not consumers.

2. The subject of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rules and conditions of cooperation between the Parties regarding the participation of the Client and/or persons designated by the Client in programmes and training courses offered by Symmetria Academy, delivered according to programmes defined by the Organiser, at dates and locations specified by the Organiser. Detailed programmes and net prices are available at symmetriapartners.com.

Registration

1. The Client and/or persons designated by the Client participate in training courses organised by Symmetria Academy on the basis of a registration form available at symmetriapartners.com or a form submitted by the Client to the Organiser's email address. The registration includes, among other things, the title of the selected training or programme, date, location, and details of the persons being enrolled.

2. The person signing or submitting the registration form declares that they have been expressly authorised to submit it and to enter into a training service agreement on behalf of the represented entity.

3. Upon receipt of the registration, the Organiser confirms acceptance of the registration and the details contained therein by email, provided that places are still available. If no places are available, the Organiser undertakes to inform the Client without delay.

Payment Terms

1. Participation is conditional upon payment by bank transfer to the account of Symmetria Partners Sp. z o.o., account number: PL 73 1140 2004 0000 3202 8594 3214, held at MBank S.A., within the timeframe indicated in the registration confirmation — no longer than 14 days from the date of confirmation, or another agreed timeframe. Payment details are sent by email upon registration.

2. A VAT invoice will be issued after the payment has been received and will be sent to the email address provided by the Client. Invoices are issued manually by the Organiser and are not generated automatically by the sales system.

3. The price of the training does not include accommodation, travel, or parking costs, unless the Organiser has expressly stated otherwise in the programme description.

4. Failure to pay within the deadline does not constitute withdrawal from participation. The outstanding amount remains due.

Changes and Cancellations

1. Cancellation of participation is possible no later than 14 days before the start of the training and requires a written statement sent to: kontakt@symmetriapartners.com.

2. Failure to attend the training without prior cancellation in accordance with point 10 does not constitute grounds for a refund. Any outstanding amount remains due.

3. The Client is entitled to transfer their registration to another date of the same programme on one occasion, no later than 7 days before the start of the training, subject to availability. The relevant statement should be sent to: kontakt@symmetriapartners.com.

4. The Client may designate a substitute participant even on the day the training begins, provided the Organiser is notified in advance. Changing the participant does not require an additional payment.

Organiser's Responsibilities and Obligations

1. The Organiser undertakes to prepare and deliver training courses with due diligence, in accordance with the programme presented on the website.

2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the training, change the trainer, or change the venue up to 7 days before the start of the training. In such cases, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The Organiser is not liable for accommodation or travel costs incurred by the Client.

3. Information and materials provided during the training are educational and general in nature and do not constitute individual legal, financial, or consultancy advice. The Organiser is not liable for decisions made on the basis of content delivered during the training.

4. The Organiser undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information and documents obtained from the Client in the course of cooperation.

Intellectual Property

1. All content contained in training materials, programmes, frameworks, tools, and exercise scenarios is subject to the copyright of the Organiser, in particular the AI6 Framework methodology and other proprietary tools of Symmetria Academy.

2. Participants are entitled to use the materials received for their own purposes and for the business activities of the Client.

3. Participants are not permitted to independently deliver training using the Organiser's programmes, materials, or tools, in whole or in part, nor to grant rights to use them to third parties.

4. The Organiser does not consent to the copying, reproduction, or modification of training materials in a manner that could mislead as to their authorship or their belonging to Symmetria Academy's resources.

Online Training

1. In the case of online training, the Participant undertakes not to share the access link with other persons. The Organiser does not consent to the recording of sessions without prior written consent.

2. Technical requirements: a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone, internet access with a minimum speed of 5 Mb/s, the latest version of a web browser or the platform specified by the Organiser.

Complaints

1. The Client is entitled to submit a complaint regarding a delivered training service.

2. Complaints must be submitted by email to kontakt@symmetriapartners.com within 7 days of the end of the training.

3. A complaint should include: the details of the person submitting the complaint (name, position, company name, contact details), information about the service in question (date, training topic), and an indication of the elements of the service that were not delivered or were inconsistent with the programme.

4. The Organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days of its submission and will provide a response in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

5. If a complaint is found to be justified, the Organiser will propose appropriate remedial action or a proportionate reduction in price.

Final Provisions

1. If any provision of these terms is found to be contrary to law or invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

2. All disputes arising in connection with the provision of training services shall be resolved by the courts of general jurisdiction competent for the Organiser's registered office, i.e. the city of Kraków.

3. The Client authorises Symmetria Partners Sp. z o.o. (NIP 9452314084, KRS 0001183743) to issue VAT invoices without the Client's signature.

4. Submitting a registration form is deemed to constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Training Services.

GDPR Information Clause

The data controller is Symmetria Partners Sp. z o.o., NIP 9452314084, KRS 0001183743, Kraków. Personal data is processed for the purpose of delivering the training service and handling correspondence (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, however failure to do so prevents registration for a training course.

Personal data may be shared with entities providing accounting services and with state authorities to the extent required by law. Data is retained for the period resulting from the Accounting Act and until marketing consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Data is not transferred to third countries or international organisations and is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
