Project goal
Green Holding is one of the most recognizable agri-food groups in Poland. The company operates under an integrated model. "from farm to fork ," utilizing both traditional and modern organizational, technological, and environmental solutions. Changing consumer expectations, the growing need for operational efficiency, and new regulations led the management board to decide to incorporate sustainable development as a key element of the strategy. To this end, an initiative was undertaken "We Are Green ," which aligned environmental, social, and governance priorities with a coherent approach. The company defined measurable ESG goals, began reporting on its environmental impact, and initiated a transformation visible across the entire value chain.
