You'll learn the difference between talent and strength and the process of developing them. You'll explore key Gallup themes, such as executive talent, influence talent, relational talent, and strategic thinking. You'll discover how talents work in practice—individually and collectively—and how they translate into effectiveness, collaboration, and business results.

The language of talent in everyday work

You'll learn how to talk about your own and your team's talents to better communicate your strengths and understand others' perspectives. You'll learn how to use Gallup's common language to build trust and improve collaboration.

How Talent Supports Productivity and Development

You'll learn practical ways to leverage your natural predispositions to increase your effectiveness and engagement at work. You'll discover how your talents can help you prioritize tasks and achieve goals without overexerting yourself.

SYLWIA CZAJKA-JANSEN

Since 2016, Sylwia has been a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, an ICF-accredited coach at the PCC level, a mentor, and a management practitioner with over 20 years of leadership experience in international corporations (Shell, Heineken, LG, Philips).

She has enhanced her management expertise through postgraduate studies in social psychology at SWPS University, leadership at the Blanchard Institute (SL II®), and Strengths Coaching and Engagement Championship at the Gallup Institute in London.

Currently, she deepens her passion for working with people and developing their potential as a Gestalt psychotherapist.

Her areas of specialization in working with organizations include people development, leadership and team building, relationship development, change management, employee engagement, and psychoeducation.
